How long does it take?

With our Blueprint you can be up and running with a full end-to-solution selling system in just a few weeks. The entire course content runs to around 6 hours of content. However, completing the activities will take more time.

Do I need any specific technology?

How much prior experience do I need?

A bit, but not much. We’ve seen rookies, with the right guidance, apply this framework with great results. If you are an individual then you’ll likely come to this program with some experience of BD. So long as you’ve made some BD calls, and been through the full sales process a few times everything we share will be easy to pick up.

Do I have to sell Retainers?

No. We advise in favour of getting paid up front and give you the tools to do so. However, no prior experience selling retainers is required and if you are committed to remaining a contingent recruiter that can work. In large part we are product agnostic meaning the system works whatever type of recruitment you are selling. However, it does work best where you are seeking higher levels of commitment - something we will show you precisely how to do.

Is this suitable for temp / contract recruitment?

The 90k in 90-day Blueprint has been designed for permanent recruiters. However, this methodology can be applied to any product or service. If you sell specific niche products such as SOW or RPO, we recommend opting for the ELITE package.

How do you guarantee success?
